電路中電容的種類有很多種，其中最主要的就是起到電源濾波的作用，電容通電后一般都會有一點(diǎn)發(fā)熱的現(xiàn)象，但如果溫度很高的話就要立馬檢查電容或者電路板周邊的電路了。

　　在功放通電后電容發(fā)熱情況比較嚴(yán)重的話，首先應(yīng)排除是否因電容品質(zhì)存在問題，耐壓是否足夠等等，如果是原電路中使用的電容出現(xiàn)了問題，電解電容廠家告訴您可以通過下面這些方法進(jìn)行排除。

　　第二種情況考慮是否是整流電路中的二極管存在問題，造成整流后的波動出現(xiàn)畸變，建議使用示波器觀察輸出波形是否正常。

　　第三種情況要考慮負(fù)載部分電路是否存在問題，負(fù)載功耗增大或者存在類似短路狀態(tài)，會引起電容溫度升高。

　　其中開關(guān)電源對輸出端濾波電容器要求特別高，使用的都是低內(nèi)阻的高速電解電容器，這也就說明我們再平時使用電容器的時候，為保證電路板能正常運(yùn)作都購買那種低內(nèi)阻的高速電解，另外呢要挑選相同容量的電解電容器體積稍大的。
